We want you to love FlipingBook. If it isn’t right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles refunds. You can request a refund by replying to your purchase receipt email from Paddle, through paddle.net, or by writing to us at support@flipingbook.app with your order number.

What happens next

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear. When a refund is issued, the license key for that order is deactivated.

After 14 days

If something isn’t working, please contact us first: most problems can be fixed quickly. Refunds requested after 14 days are reviewed case by case. This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws.
